Installing Secondary Air Valve

  1. Fit secondary air valve with a new, lightly greased sealing ring into the cylinder head.

    Installation position of secondary air valves

  2. Fit secondary air valve using an M6 screw. > Tightening torque 10 (7.5 ftlb.) Nm  Fit secondary air valve connections.
  3. Fit secondary-air hoses.
