Removing Transmission Control Unit

Information 

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

• Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work. 
• Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation. 
• Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts.

Installation position of control unit

1. Fill the carpet at the left to the side.
2. Release electric plug connection -1-  (-a-  ) and unplug it.

3. Unscrew the fastening screw -2-  on the control unit.
4. Pull the transmission control unit -3-  out of the guides -4-  and remove it.
