• All work that must be carried out as a result of high-pressure faults, e.g. electric fuel pump, control unit for electric fuel pump...
• Fuel high-pressure adaptation

Necessary after:

• Replacing oil pump
• Replacing oil pressure control valve
• Mixture adaptation
• Lambda adaptation

Necessary after:

• Replacing high-pressure injectors
• Correcting faults during load detection, mixture control, emissions measurement
• Pressure sensors, intake manifold

Necessary after:

• Replacing intake manifold pressure sensor
• Replacing boost pressure sensor (Turbo only)
• Boost pressure control (Turbo only)

Necessary after:

• Replacing turbocharger
• Correcting faults in boost pressure control system

PIWIS Tester:

1. Preconditions:
   1. 1.1  Engine off
   2. 1.2  Ignition on
   3. 1.3  Engine cold if possible
2. Select menu:
   1. 2.1  DME
   2. 2.2  Maintenance/repairs
   3. 2.3  Delete adaptation values
3. Information on deleting adaptation values
4. Confirm with F8 
5. Submenu of adaptation ranges
6. Select adaptation range and continue with F12 
7. Switch off ignition (see also Information)
