1. Preconditions:
   1. 1.1  Engine off
   2. 1.2  Ignition on
   3. 1.3  Engine cold if possible
2. Select menu:
   1. 2.1  DME
   2. 2.2  Programming
   3. 2.3  Automatic programming
3. Start function:
4. Adapt throttle valve (see below)
