Installing Brake Master Cylinder

1. Carefully insert the brake master cylinder -1-  together with the brake fluid reservoir -2-  into the brake booster -3-  .

2. Fit fastening nuts -1-  for the brake master cylinder -2-  at the brake booster -3-  . > Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.) +/- 2 Nm (1.5 ftlb.)

3. If the brake master cylinder was replaced, press the brake fluid reservoir -2-  into the brake master cylinder -2-  (-arrow-  ).

   1. 3.1 Fit fastening screw -1-  for the brake fluid reservoir -2-  on the brake master cylinder -3-  .

4. Fit brake lines -2-  on the brake master cylinder -3-  . > Tightening torque 18 Nm (13 ftlb.) +/- 2 Nm (1.5 ftlb.)

5. Connect electric plug connection -1-  for the brake fluid level indicator -arrow A-  and lock it.
6. Fit the brake light switch if necessary.

7. Insert sieve filter -1-  into the brake fluid reservoir -3-  .
