Installing Selector Lever Cable

Information 

Check that the rubber sleeve for the selector lever cable is seated correctly to prevent noises and stop water from leaking in. Spray the rubber sleeve with soapy water to make fitting easier.

1. Insert rubber sleeve -2-  for the selector lever cable -1-  into the centre tunnel -A-  .

2. Install selector support.

   > 370819 Removing and installing selector support - section on "INSTALLING "

3. Insert tab washer -1-  (-A-  ).

4. Press the selector lever cable -2-  onto the ball joint -B-  .
5. Shift the transmission to position N -A-  .
