Preliminary Work

Information 

• Calibration of the fuel level sender is required after replacing the fuel tank, fuel level sender or instrument cluster.
• The fuel level sender does not have to be calibrated if the battery is disconnected or if a plug connection on the instrument cluster or sender is disconnected. The values remain stored on the instrument cluster.
• The fuel tank must be completely empty before starting calibration.

1. Empty the fuel tank completely.

2. Wait for a short time (approx. 2 minutes) to allow the fuel-level sensor to settle down to the level.
