Subsequent Work

Information 

If the fuel level sender is replaced, the sender must be calibrated following replacement.

1. Close the tank. To do this, fit the sheetmetal ring on the left and right connection unit and tighten using special tool > T10202 - wrench. > Cap  > Tightening torque 145 (107 ftlb.) Nm +/- 5 (3.5 ftlb.) Nm

2. Fit all connections for the right connection unit (fuel lines, ventilation tubes and electric connectors).

3. Plug in electric plug connection for the left connection unit.

4. Fit left and right lid. Then tighten the four fastening nuts on each to > Tightening torque 10 (7.5 ftlb.) Nm  . Refit carpeted floor and fix in place with double-sided adhesive tape.

5. Install rear seat.

6. If the fuel level sender was replaced, the fuel level sender must be calibrated.

   > 2015K2 CALIBRATING FUEL LEVEL SENDER 

7. Fill the fuel tank.

   > 200317 Draining and filling fuel -  "FILLING "

8. Close the filler flap.
9. Connect the battery.
