Removing Right Intake Manifold (Cylinders 1-3)

  1. Remove intake manifold -1-  .
    1. Loosen screw-type clamp -2-  on the turbocharger.
    2. Release positive crankcase ventilation line -3-  and pull it off.
    3. Loosen clamp -4-  and pull off change-over valve -5-  .
    4. Pull intake pipe -1-  up out of the engine compartment.
    5. The intake pipe -1-  must always be replaced following removal on the turbocharger.
