Assembly Overview - Charge-Air Cooler

  1. Seal replace 
  2. O-ring replace 
    • Coat the charge-air cooler with engine oil during installation
  3. O-ring replace 
    • Coat the charge-air cooler with engine oil during installation
  4. Compressor housing
  5. Seal replace 
  6. Right charge-air cooler
  7. Screw replace → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.) 
  8. Seal
    • Not available individually
    • Must not be separated from charge-aircooler
    • Coat with engine oil during installation
  9. Screw replace → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.) 
  10. Left charge-air cooler
  11. Seal
    • Not available individually
    • Must not be separated from charge-aircooler
    • Coat with engine oil during removal and installation
