Remove hinge pillar reinforcement. → Removing Hinge Pillar Reinforcement
Remove center side member. → Removing Centre Side Member
Information

Only make the cut on the retaining bracket for the support tube in marked area A between the openings. The cut must never go through the openings.
Determining the cut
1. 3.1. Determine the position of the cut -A- between the openings (holes). Mark the cut.

Separating inert-gas welded seams
1. 5.1. Separate inert-gas welded seams in areas -A- and -B- using a parting grinder.

Cutting the spotwelds
1. 6.1. Mill off spotwelds in areas -A- and -B- using a spotweld cutter.
