Removing Vacuum Pump: Removing

  1. Remove the tandem pump.

    Release the vacuum line -2-  and pull it off.

    Screw out screws, see -Arrows-  , and remove the tandem pump.

    Information 

    When you loosen the fastening screws, engine oil will run out of the vacuum pump. Place a suitable container underneath to collect the emerging engine oil. The engine-oil level must be checked and topped up afterwards (following installation).
