Installing Throttle Housing

Information 

The tightening specifications for the basic engine are stored centrally.

> WM 2X00IN TECHNICAL VALUES (PANAMERA, PANAMERA S, PANAMERA S EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA 4, PANAMERA 4S, PANAMERA 4 S EXECUTIVE)

> 1001IN TIGHTENING TORQUES, TIGHTENING SEQUENCES AND ASSEMBLY OVERVIEWS

Tightening torques and assembly instructions for other assemblies (e.g. chassis, electrics, transmission or body) or for peripheral engine equipment can be found in the corresponding documents.

Intake module on naturally aspirated engine

1	Intake module
2	Decoupling module (fastening part); observe specified tightening sequence
3	Screw, 5 x 16
4	Pressure sensor
3	Intake module seal; check that seal is aligned and fitted correctly!
6	Heat socket
7	Screw, 6 x 50
8	Electronic accelerator/throttle housing
9	Seal
10	Ball socket

1	Intake module
2	Decoupling module (fastening part); observe specified tightening sequence
3	Screw, 5 x 16

5	Intake module seal; check that seal is aligned and fitted correctly!

1. Check the condition of the sealing ring. Replace sealing ring if necessary >.

2. Place throttle housing in installation position and fit it. Insert and screw in four screws -arrows-  .

3. Fit cable plug on the throttle housing and insert cable into the clip.
