Installing Bracket For Oil Cooler

Information 

Always replace gaskets and O-rings.

  1. Replace stoppers at the connection points and fit new O-rings -1-  and profile seal -2-  .

  2. Install bracket for oil cooler from above.
  3. Fit screws and tighten uniformly. → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) 
    1. 3.1. Fit external Torx screws (M6 x 45). -1-

    2. 3.2. Fit external Torx screws (M6 x 60) -1-  and -1-  .

  4. Secure cable with the cable clip -1-  . → Tightening torque: 3 Nm (2 ftlb.)

  5. Connect cable plug -1-  on oil pressure sensor.
