Installing Antenna For Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM)

Information 

Before installing the antenna, visually check the antenna and plug connection with regard to the following points:

• Damage to the housing  .
• Damage to the contacts on the antenna  .
• Damage to the connector and contacts on the vehicle wire harness  .
• Dirty contacts  .

If the antenna is damaged, replace it.

If the wire harness, connector or contacts are damaged, repair them in accordance with the relevant safety instructions using the Repair kit for Cayenne wire harnesses NR.155-2  .

If the contacts are dirty, clean them.

1. Install antenna for TPM.
   1. 1.1. Insert TPM antenna into the holder -arrow A-  .
   2. 1.2. Press TPM antenna into the holder -arrow B-  until the holder engages securely.

2. Plug in connector -arrow-  until it engages securely.
