Removing Motor For Cooling-Air Flaps

  1. Loosen motor for cooling-air flaps -1-  .
    1. 1.1 Unscrew screw -2-  and remove holder -3-  .

  2. Remove driver -1-  for cooling-air flaps -2-  in -direction of arrow -  .

    Driver for cooling-air flaps

  3. Loosen cooling-air flap -1-  at the housing.
    1. 3.1 Press frame -2-  in -direction of arrow -  and guide pin -3-  out of cooling-air flap -1-  .
    2. 3.2 Press tabs on connection piece -5-  together -arrows-  and remove cooling-air flap -1-  by pulling it downwards.

  4. Remove motor for cooling-air flaps -1-  .
    1. 4.1 Remove cooling-air flap -2-  in a downward direction.
    2. 4.2 Lift motor for cooling-air flaps -1-  up and remove it.
