Preliminary Work For Removing And Installing Front Wheel Bearing Housing (Wheel Carrier)

  1. Remove hub cap using > 9229 - puller hook and loosen drive shaft mounting at the wheel side before raising the vehicle. Operate the brake whist doing so (second mechanic required).

    Lock nut on drive shaft (shown as an example)

  2. Remove wheel.

    > 440519 Removing and installing wheel - section on "REMOVING "
