Installing Rear Brake Disc (PCCB)

Information 

• Replace brake calliper fastening screws each time they are removed  .

Do not confuse right and left brake discs during assembly!

1. Check that all parts are in perfect condition (visual inspection) and replace them if necessary.
2. Clean the levelling and centering surfaces on the brake disc and wheel hub.
3. Apply a very thin coat of Optimoly TA to the centering surface on the wheel hub.
4. Installation is performed in reverse order

   Observe specified tightening torques:

   Brake disc to wheel hub:

   Brake calliper to wheel bearing housing:

   Cable holder to wheel bearing housing:

5. Connect and start the Porsche System Tester.
   1. 5.1. Adjust and calibrate the parking-brake shoes.

6. Position disc brake pads by operating the brake several times.
7. Check the brake fluid level and correct it if necessary.
