Installing Crankcase Vent Line

  1. Replace the two O-rings on the rapid-action couplings. Apply a thin coat of Optimol MP3 grease to the O-rings.
  2. Position line in the engine compartment.
  3. Attach rapid-action couplings to the cylinder heads -arrow-  .

  4. Fit and tighten Torx screw (M6 x 12) to secure holding clamp on vent line -arrow-  . → Tightening torque: 7.5 ftlb.

  5. Clip in all line clips.
