Tightening Seat Screws At The Front

→ Always use new fastening screws and nuts following removal.

→ Observe specified tightening torques.

→ Carry out a visual inspection of all re-used parts.

Information 

Always replace the fastening screws on the front seat after customer service and reworking. The micro-self-locking or self-tapping screws must not be treated, greased or loosened and then screwed on again.

1. Connect the battery. → 2706IN WORK INSTRUCTIONS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY
2. Move seat -1-  to rear end position and screw down front fastening screws -2-  to specified tightening torque → Final tightening: 50 Nm (37 ftlb.)  .
