Installing Coolant Temperature Sensor

Install coolant temperature sensor with a new sealing ring.
1. 1.1. Fit coolant temperature sensor -5- and tighten it using the crow-foot wrench Nr.189-1 .
  → Tightening torque: 30 Nm (22 ft. lb.) -3 Nm (-2 ft. lb.)
2. 1.2. Push on and engage the cable plug -4- .

Replace O-rings on the crankcase vent line.
1. 2.1. Grease O-rings with Kluber Syntheso Glep (Porsche Part No. 000.043.204.68) and fit them.
Install crankcase vent line at the oil-filter housing.
1. 3.1. Connect crankcase vent line -2- . The plug-in coupling must lock with an audible click.
2. 3.2. Guide the crankcase vent line -3- into the oil-filter housing.
3. 3.3. Fit and tighten external Torx screw (M6 x 20) -1- on the vent line at the oil-filter housing.
  → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.)
