Preliminary Work
- Disconnect the battery.
→ 2X00IN02 WORK INSTRUCTIONS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY .
- Remove pressure pipe.
- Remove air cleaner housing.
- Detach and swivel out air conditioning compressor.
→ 873419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR .
- Remove oil-filter console.
- Remove the generator.
→ 272219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING GENERATOR .
WARNING: Hot fluid- Danger of scalding
→ Let the fluid cool down.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
- Drain coolant.
→ 193817 DRAINING AND FILLING IN COOLANT (INCLUDES BLEEDING) .
- Remove hydraulic pump with reservoir.
→ 489819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING HYDRAULIC PUMP .
CAUTION: Hot components- Risk of burns
→ Let hot components cool down.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
- Remove rear silencer.
