Installing Styling Frame

1. 1.1. Secure air deflector -1-  on the back of the styling frame -2-  with the fastening screw -3-  . → Tightening torque: 1.7 Nm (1.5 ft. lb.) 
2. 1.2. Position styling frame -2-  on roof frame (3) -4-  and secure with the fastening screws -5-  (-arrow-  ). → Tightening torque: 1.7 Nm (1.5 ft. lb.)

Information 

Coat fastening screws 7  for styling frame 2 with Loctite 243  .

1. 2.1. Position styling frame (2) -1-  on roof frame (2) -2-  .
2. 2.2. Adjust gap between styling frame (2) -1-  and styling frame (3) -3-  and secure with the fastening screws -4-  and washers -5-  . → Gap dimension: 3.1 mm +0.5 mm → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.)

1. 3.1. Position aluminum profile -1-  on styling frame (3) -2-  and secure with the fastening screws -3-  (-arrow-  ). → Tightening torque: 1.7 Nm (1.5 ft. lb.) 
2. 3.2. Insert seal -4-  into the aluminum profile -1-  .

1. 4.1. Position aluminum profile -1-  on styling frame (2) -2-  and secure with the fastening screws -3-  (-arrow-  ). → Tightening torque: 1.7 Nm (1.5 ft. lb.) 
2. 4.2. Insert seal -4-  into the aluminum profile -1-  .
