Installing Seal For Cowl Panel Frame

Place seal for cowl panel frame -1- on the sheetmetal flange on the cowl panel frame.

Position seal for cowl panel frame -2- at the left and right and secure with new rivets -1- .

Information

Make sure that the water drain is not trapped.
Press rubber seal for door -2- at the left and right onto the sheetmetal flange and slide in sheetmetal insert -Inset- .

Tighten fastening screw -1- . → Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4.5 ft. lb.)
