Installing Motor For Sunroof Blind

Information 

• Pull out ignition key. 
• Before installing the electric motor again, visually check the drive shafts for damage. 
• If the drive shafts have been severely damaged as a result of metallic abrasion, the drive shafts must be replaced as described below. >> →  602837 DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING FRAME FOR SUNROOF COVER  

1. Insert electric motor between the shafts in -direction of arrow-  . Pay attention to line routing -7-  .

2. Tighten fastening screws -4, 5-  (observe screw length) and fastening nuts -6-  . → Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.) → Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)

3. Connect electric plug connection -3-  fully.
