Assembly Strength

Information 

• The object temperature must be above the minimum hardening temperature for the entire specified time period. 
• If the minimum hardening temperature could not be reached within the specified time period, the standing time must be increased or additional heat must be applied to the bonded joint. 
• If the hardening temperature is significantly less than the minimum hardening temperature (approx. 10 °C), this can cause irreversible damage to the bonded joint. This can have a negative effect on the strength of the bonded joint. 

Information 

• Once the required assembly strength is reached, the vehicle must be removed from the straightening system. Assembly work can then be performed. 

The vehicle must not be moved and no further work must be carried out on the vehicle following repair bonding for at least → Hardening time at 18 °C: 12 h  (leave to harden overnight).

The standing time can be shortened by applying heat. E.g. → Hardening time at 60 °C: 35 min  .
