Removing Parking Lock Cable

Remove parking lock cable on the Porsche Doppelkupplung.

1. 1.1. Press ball joint of parking lock cable -1- off the parking lock lever.
2. 1.2. Release parking lock cable -1- at the bracket by pressing the locking lugs -arrows- together and pull it out.
Disconnect parking lock cable from the selector support.

1. 2.1. Open the bayonet lock -2- on the parking lock cable, pull it off and disengage it at the support.
2. 2.2. Release and pull off electric multiple plug connector -3- .
Remove parking lock cable from holder.
Lever off holder -1- at the lock -arrow- and remove parking lock cable -2- and B+ cable -3- .

Remove parking lock cable.
1. 4.1. Pull parking lock cable out through the opening of the engine compartment lid.
2. 4.2. Pull parking lock cable out through the bulkhead panel into the vehicle interior.
