Removing clutch pedal

Remove -clutch power spring on clutch pedal (arrows)- . Compress the clutch power spring (depress pedal lightly). As it becomes free, secure the hole in the bolt of the clutch power spring with a cotter pin or similar.

Depress the pedal and pivot the clutch power spring from front to rear through 180° (against direction of travel) -arrow- and unclip from the bearings. -item 15-

Remove -lock for clutch power spring bolt (arrow)- . If necessary, carefully drive the bolt out with a hammer and drift and take out the clutch power spring. -item 11-

Remove lock on pin (clutch pedal shaft) -arrow- . -item 20-

The left lock remains on the pin (clutch pedal shaft). -arrow- Slide the bearing pin fully to the left. Disconnect wiring harness and set it aside if necessary. -Position 18, 19-

Detach push rod of master cylinder from the pedal. To do this, insert the pliers T10005 into the cut-outs on the clutch pedal. Remove clutch pedal. -item 12-
