Removing front apron: Notes

Pull off bulb socket -1- on the direction indicator light -2- at the left and right -arrow- .

Disconnect water hose for the headlight washer system on the right side.
Information

Only for vehicles with headlight washer system.
1. 2.1. Release coupling -1- (-arrow A- ) and pull off water hose -2- for headlight washer system -arrow B- .

Release plug connections -1 and 2- on the right side -arrows A- and pull them off -arrow B- .

Unscrew fastening screws at the sides.
1. 4.1. Lift off wheel housing liner in the lower area -arrow- .
2. 4.2. Unscrew fastening screws -1 and 2- at the sides.

Unscrew fastening screws -1- at the bottom.

Unscrew fastening screws at the top.
1. 6.1. Unscrew fastening screws -1- at the top.
2. 6.2. Use a screwdriver to lever the plug -2- upwards and then remove it.

Take off front apron with the help of an assistant by moving it forward in -direction of arrow- .
