Subsequent work

Information 

• Grease O-rings, hoses and lines in the cooling system with Kluberplus Gel (Part No. 000.043.205.93)  .

1. Install two coolant hoses (supply and return line).
   1. 1.1. Coat O-rings with Kluberplus gel.
   2. 1.2. Clip in spring clamps.
   3. 1.3. Fit Henn couplings to the coolant pipes (listen for audible click) and check they are seated securely.
2. Fill in coolant and bleed cooling system. Remove engine compartment cover to do this.

   → Filling Coolant .

3. Start the engine and inspect the coolant hoses for leaks.
4. Install engine compartment lid.

5. Install rear wall cover.

   → 555919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR WALL COVER .

6. Install rear and center underbody covers.

   → Installing cover for rear underbody .

   → Installing cover for center underbody .

7. Remove protective covers.
8. Move seats into initial position.
