Removing Cover For Front Backrest

→ Mask the backrest shell with adhesive tape.

→ Remove fastening clamps from the cover (joint).

1. Mask the backrest shell -1-  in the marked area with adhesive tape -2-  (2-3 layers).

2. Pull cover -1-  out of the fastening clamps -2-  close to the belt strap guide -arrow A-  .

   If the fastening clamps -2-  are also pulled off, remove them from the cover immediately -arrow B-  .

3. Fit the removed fastening clamps -2-  on the backrest frame.
4. Pull off the cover -1-  at the Velcro fasteners -2-  and -3-  (-arrows-  ).

5. Fold over the cover -1-  , starting at the bottom -arrow A-  and carefully pull it out of the backrest shell -2-  (-arrows B-  ).

   If the fastening clamps -3-  are also pulled off, remove them from the cover immediately -arrow C-  .

6. Fit the removed fastening clamps -3-  on the backrest frame.
7. Remove cover -1-  and padding -2-  from the backrest shell -3-  (-arrows-  ).

   Information 

   Only when replacing the cover.

8. Carefully detach Velcro strip -1-  on the cover from the Velcro fastener on the front of the padding -2-  (-arrow-  ).
9. Take off the cover -3-  .
