Remove front cover (engine compartment) at the left and rear. → 700219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT COVER (ENGINE COMPARTMENT)

The vacuum pump is located on the cylinder head (cylinder 6) at the back, between the engine and plenum panel -arrow- .
