Preliminary Work

  1. Place protective covers in passenger compartment.
  2. Move seats all the way forward.
  3. Remove rear wall cover.

    → 555919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR WALL COVER .

  4. Remove rear and center underbody covers.

    → Removing cover for rear underbody .

    → Removing cover for center underbody .

  5. Drain coolant. Open cap in service tray.

    → Draining Coolant .

  6. Remove two coolant hoses (supply and return line) -3-  .
    1. 6.1. Open plastic holder -1-  and unclip spring clamps -2-  . Pull Henn couplings out of the coolant pipes.
    2. 6.2. Open one spring band clamp and pull off hose.
