Fitting Drive Shaft

| -4- | Loose gear wheel, 4th gear | 1 | Insert spring before assembly. |
| -5- | Synchronizer ring, 4th gear | 1 | Check for wear and fit with loose gear wheel for 4th gear -4- . |
| -6- | Operating sleeve | 1 | Observe installation position; fit operating sleeve so that the slant is facing 4th gear and the offset side is facing 3rd gear. |
| -7- | Blue circlip | 1 | Calculate thickness of circlip again if the drive shaft and synchronizing hub -8- are replaced. |
| -8- | Synchronizing hub | 1 | Heat to approx. 100 °C and press on (high collar facing loose gear wheel for 3rd gear). |
| -9- | Synchronizer ring, 3rd gear | 1 | Check for wear and fit with loose gear wheel for 3th gear -10- . |
| -10- | Loose gear wheel, 3rd gear | 1 | Insert spring before assembly. |
| -11- | Brown circlip | 1 | Always use the same thickness! |
| -12- | Needle-roller bearing | 1 | Fit with loose gear wheel for 3rd gear. |
