Removing Tensioning Roller

  1. Loosen protection cap -1-  using a small screwdriver -2-  and remove it -arrow-  .

  2. The following tools are recommended for removal and installation.

    Tensioning roller tools: 

    1. Torque wrench Nr.90 Pos.3 
    2. Ratchet head from toolbox Insert for torque wrench 9792 
    3. Internal Torx bit T50 with width across flats 8 mm

  3. Remove tensioning roller -2-  .
    1. 3.1. Loosen internal Torx screw -1-  using the specified tool, unscrew screw and remove tensioning roller.
