Installing Roof
WARNING:
Incorrect bonding of structural components with structural adhesive
- Bonding effect not guaranteed
→ Press on joint immediately after applying adhesive. Otherwise the adhesive bead must be removed and pre-treatment of the surface and application of the adhesive must be repeated.
→ Do not apply pressure to bonded parts until hardening is complete.
- Applying adhesive
- 1.1. Apply adhesive evenly on the inside of the roof frame in the area -A- in the form of a triangular bead -dimension X = 8 mm- . Adhesive from "Wurth - Sticks And Seals"
- 1.2. Apply adhesive evenly on the inside of the cowl panel frame in the area -B- in the form of a triangular bead -dimension X = 8 mm- . Adhesive from "Wurth - Sticks And Seals" .
- Applying adhesive
