Possible causes of fault

'Open circuit/short circuit to B+' Control lamp does not light in the event of an 'open circuit', output in component group alone is active.
'Open circuit/short circuit to B+' Control lamp does not stay lit in the event of a 'short circuit to B+', output in component group alone is active.
