Installing Crankshaft Pulse Sender

Information 

  1. Fit crankshaft pulse sender into the cylinder block. Align and screw fastening screw in hand-tight.

  2. Tighten fastening screw. Crankshaft pulse sender → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft lbs.) 
  3. Use a wire or auxiliary cable to guide the cable for the crankshaft pulse sender between the cylinder block and oil-filter housing/engine carrier.
  4. Connect cable plug and slide onto oil dip stick guide tube.

  5. Press the two coolant hoses onto the intake-air distributor and fit screw on oil dip stick. Insert dip stick. -1-
