Installing Sealing Ring For Crankshaft Flywheel

Information 

Make sure the sealing ring is dry before fitting it and do not deform or touch the sealing lips because this can damage the sealing ring and result in a loss of engine oil.

1. Prepare insertion device for crankcase sealing ring.
   1. 1.1. Insert the sleeve into the assembly sleeve

   2. 1.2. Push the sealing ring (with outer side first) over the sleeve until it is on the assembly sleeve.

   3. 1.3. Now pull the sleeve off the assembly sleeve.
2. Install crankshaft sealing ring.
   1. 2.1. Position assembly sleeve together with crankshaft sealing ring on the crankshaft stub.
   2. 2.2. Position pressure piece and use a rubber hammer to tap the crankshaft sealing ring in evenly

   3. 2.3. Remove pressure piece and assembly sleeve.
   4. 2.4. Check the position of the crankshaft sealing ring.
