Installing Exhaust Manifold

Install exhaust manifold.

1. Exhaust manifold
2. Primary catalytic converter
3. Fastening nuts
1. 1.1. Clean sealing faces between the exhaust manifold and cylinder head.
2. 1.2. Always replace seals.
3. 1.3. Always replace fastening nuts and tighten to
  → Tightening torque: 25 Nm (19 ft lbs.).
Install primary catalytic converter.
1. 2.1. Clean sealing faces between the primary catalytic converter and exhaust manifold.
2. 2.2. Always replace flange gaskets.
3. 2.3. Always replace fastening nuts and tighten to → Tightening torque: 40 Nm (30 ft lbs.).

Install heat protection panel.

2. Holder
3. Heat protection panel
1. 3.1. Tighten fastening screws to → Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ft lbs.).
Clip in oxygen sensor cable at the heat protection panel.
