Fault code 1299: Diagnosis/troubleshooting

NOTE: If there is no incoming signal/message via CAN comfort using several control modules, CAN comfort must be checked for open or short circuits.

1 Read out fault memory for gateway (for fault localization). For further fault localization, please follow the diagnosis/troubleshooting instructions for the gateway, refer to DIAGNOSIS/TROUBLESHOOTING .
