Carry out a close visual inspection of the seat of the wheel bearing. There must not be scores, grooves or deformations. |

The wheel bearing can no longer be used after it is removed. |
Use a new wheel bearing. Do not press on the inner race. Insert the wheel bearing with the magnetic multiple-pole ring to the drive shaft. Check the magnetic side (e.g., with a paper clip). Do not use magnets or screw drivers to check! |

Wheel hub |

Pull inner race of wheel bearing off separately from the wheel hub. |
Carry out a close visual inspection of the seat of the wheel hub. There must not be scores, grooves or similar deformations on the hub. |

Always replace. Grease the contact surface with a little Optimoly TA. Use the specified tightening torque. |
