Topping Up Oil For Final Drive

→ Let the fluid cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

Information 

• Vehicle must be horizontal in order to fill rear final drive. 

1. Unscrew oil inspection plug -A-  .

   Information 

   Use only oil approved by Porsche.

2. Use the ATF filling device for filling transmission Nr.161  to fill with oil up to the lower edge of the inspection plug -A-  .
3. Screw in oil inspection plug -A-  with a new sealing ring. → Tightening torque: 35 Nm (26 ft lbs.)
