Installing Rear Wheel Housing Liner

Install heat shield for rear wheel housing liner.

1. 1.1. Position heat shield -3- at rear wheel housing liner -1- (-arrow- ).
2. 1.2. Tighten fastening screws -2- . → Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)
Install rear wheel housing liner.

1. 2.1. Position wheel housing liner -1- in -direction of arrow- and align it.
2. 2.2. Screw fastening nut -3- onto stud and tighten slightly.

3. 2.3. Screw in fastening screws -2- and tighten slightly.
4. 2.4. Check that rear wheel housing liner -1- is positioned correctly in the transition area between the side wall and door seal.
5. 2.5. Tighten fastening screws -2- and fastening nut -3- . → Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.) → Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)
