Fitting In Rear Side Panel And Preparing For Installation
- Produce repair part.
- 1.1. Cut the connection area to the roof on the new part. Ensure that the repair part in the area of the C and D-pillars overlaps by -W-
→ Overlap: 50 mm
over the remaining piece of the vehicle. The overlap on the wheel arch is automatically defined owing to the cut dimension.
Information
- As a result of technical issues, it is not possible to provide a side section with a tail light holder with hole pattern for repair work. In this case, a specially developed, adjustable retainer plate is available which must also be installed.
