Information 

• Carefully clean any dirt, grease, wax and other impurities off the installation area of the body using isopropanol. 
• Always use a clean cloth. 
• The room and object temperature must be at least → Nominal value: +15°C. 
• Humidity should be → Nominal value: 50 %+/-10 %  .
• Do not touch the bonding surface again after removing the protective paper. 
• Wear clean gloves during the bonding process in order to guarantee adequate adhesion. 
• The parts must have been bonded for at least → Nominal value: 72 h before washing the vehicle in a car wash. 

1. Mark the centre of the lid

   1. 1.1. Affix a strip of adhesive tape measuring -A-  , which can be written on, approximately in the centre of the lid and parallel to the edge of the lid. → Dimension: 85 mm+/-1 mm

   2. 1.2. Determine the centre between the outer edges of the lid and mark this on the strip of adhesive tape.

2. Clean bonding area with isopropanol.
3. Pull off protective film

4. Stick on the logo.
   1. 4.1. Align the logo according to the marking on the adhesive tape and press it on firmly.

5. Pull the adhesive tape off the rear lid.
