Removing front bumper

  1. Loosen connection to radiator module.
    1. 1.1. Loosen and remove fastening clamp -2-  (-arrow-  ).
    2. 1.2. Remove plastic guide element -1-  (-arrow-  ).

  2. Loosen lock support.
    1. 2.1. Unscrew fastening screw -1-  .

  3. Remove side air guide.
    1. 3.1. Cayenne/Cayenne S 

      Unscrew fastening screws -4-  (-arrow-  ) and remove side air guide -5-  (-arrow-  ).

  4. Pull off connector on horn at the left and right and unclip wire harness.
    1. 4.1. Release connector -arrow A-  and pull it off -arrow B-  .
    2. 4.2. Unclip wire harness on the bumper at the left and right -arrow C-  .

      Information 

      Before unscrewing the fastening screws on the bumper, a suitable piece of wood must be inserted underneath between the radiator and transverse bar to prevent the radiator from falling down.

  5. Remove bumper.
    1. 5.1. Unscrew fastening screws -9, 10-  (-arrows-  ).
    2. 5.2. Remove bumper -11-  (-arrow-  ).
