Disassembling Hood Compartment Lid

Information 

The foam pad/foam part will be damaged irreparably during removal and cannot be re-used.

1. Pull off foam pad -1- (-arrows-)  .

2. Remove any traces of adhesive and clean with cleaning solution.
3. Unscrew locating peg -2-  from the hood compartment lid -arrow-  .

4. Unscrew fastening screws -3-  from the hood compartment lid -arrows-  and pull off the inner edge protection -4- (-arrow-)  .

5. Pull off outer edge protection -5-  on the hood compartment lid -arrows-  .
