Installing Right Water Drip Pan

Information 

When installing the water drip pan, make sure that the rear part of the water drip pan is fitted under the seal and the front outer part is fitted under the water drain plate.

1. Position water drip pan -1-  on the body and align it -arrows-  .

2. Check that the water drain is seated correctly.
3. Position tensioning element -3-  on the water drip pan or roll-over bar -arrow-  and secure with the fastening screws -1, 2-  . → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

4. Detach the red tensioning lever -1-  on the right-hand side of the vehicle. To do this, press the release handle on the underside of the tensioning lever.
5. Engage the retaining eyelet for the tensioning cable -2-  at the fastening hooks on the tensioning lever.
6. Press the tensioning lever -1-  down until it locks with an audible click.
