Disassembling steering column switch

-A- - Direction indicator switch See Fig 1.

-B- - GRA switch See Fig 1.

-C- - Contact unit for airbag See Fig 1.

-D- - Switch for wiper and washer system See Fig 1.

-E- - Electronic unit See Fig 1.

NOTE: Ensure that arrow -A- on the rotor is positioned between the markings -B- of the arrows -C- on the airbag contact unit and that the locking element -D- is engaged.

1. Carefully lift up the three retaining tabs and remove airbag contact unit -C- . See Fig 1.

2. Unscrew the six fastening screws.

3. Turn the steering column switch round and remove the electronic unit -E- . See Fig 1.

4. Pull the GRA switch -B- downward and disengage. See Fig 1.

5. Pull switch for wiper and washer system -D- up and out of the mount. See Fig 1.
